• our leaving the hand of the Father;
• Satan’s programs being formatted in his fallen domains;
• bondage to death in the subterranean regions;
• the dual character present in us at conception and birth;
• and now our dark twin will rise – make himself like the Most High and become like a god.
In Book 8, we will continue to repent and ask God to deliver us from all our enemies and our desire to ascend and become like gods through our allegiance with darkness.
Repeatedly, we have looked at the life of David as an example of the things we face. David knew and lived with the consequences of his sin, transgressions and iniquities. But David sought God, and his life is a beautiful testimony of overcoming, seeking the face of God and restoration. Through our hardship, trials, deliverance and healing, we, like David, get to know God as our Rock, Fortress and Deliverer. We have to ask ourselves if we would have known Him as such if we did not walk this journey of being restored, renewed and rescued.
Psalm 18:29-35 For by You I can run through a troop, and by my God, I can leap over a wall. As for God, His way is perfect! The word of the Lord is tested and tried; He is a shield to all those who take refuge and put their trust in Him. For who is God except the Lord? Or who is the Rock save our God, The God who girds me with strength and makes my way perfect? He makes my feet like hinds' feet [able to stand firmly or make progress on the dangerous heights of testing and trouble]; He sets me securely upon my high places. He teaches my hands to war so that my arms can bend a bow of bronze. You have also given me the shield of Your salvation, and Your right hand has held me up; Your gentleness and condescension have made me great.

Welcome to book 4 of the Restoring Light series. You have done well if you have finished with book 3 and are still determined to continue on your journey of overcoming.
In this book we are going to study the brokenness and wounds of our spirits, souls and bodies and how they came about. In order to go deeper into the understanding of spiritual matters, we need to activate
and equip our spirit man.
1 Corinthians 2:14 But the natural, nonspiritual man does not accept or welcome or admit into his heart the gifts and teachings and revelations of the Spirit of God, for they are folly (meaningless nonsense) to him; and he is incapable of knowing them [of progressively recognizing, understanding, and becoming better acquainted with them] because they are spiritually discerned and estimated and appreciated.
We know that the war is between our nonspiritual and our spiritual man – the one believing and aligned with the Kingdom of Light, and the other with darkness.
In this book we are going to continue to dismantle the dark structures built on the cores of our spirits, souls and bodies. Over many generations and layer upon layer, the kingdom of darkness has invested much to keep us locked in and loyal to darkness. As you continue, you will receive the keys from Holy Spirit to unlock these generational strongholds and bondage.

![This is the seventh manual in the Restoring Light series.
Scripture tells us that not only our bodies and souls but also our spirits can be in an unhealthy and broken state. This is often harder to diagnose than physical ailments because we are not as attuned to the symptoms of a suffering spirit as reading the symptoms of our bodies or emotions.
Repeatedly in Scripture, reference is made to the anguish of the spirit. This is a condition indicating that our spirit man is under stress. We read in Exodus 6 that the children of Israel could not listen to and obey the good advice Moses gave them, for their spirits were in anguish.
Exodus 6:9 (KJV) And Moses spake so unto the children of Israel: but they hearkened not unto Moses for anguish of spirit, and for cruel bondage.
If our spirits are in a condition or state of anguish, we will not be able to listen to and obey the excellent advice and reason of the Kingdom of YHVH. The voice of God will be incomprehensive to us. Add to the anguish of spirit the condition of being in bondage, and it would seem impossible for us to follow the direction of God in our lives.
Isaiah 40:31 But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired.
So, friend, are you ready to continue on this journey with us to make spiritual progress in our high places? Let us work through book 7, as Yeshua leads the way up our mountain.
